The district held 2018 Mudslide Disaster Prevention Drill on 9/21/2018. The drill procedures included setting up emergency operations center, damage report, emergency plans, and post-disaster recovery plan based only previous experiences of typhoons and heavy rainfalls. The purpose of this drill was to review the responsibilities and response mechanism of the organizations in the district and to provide response models should there be mudslide disasters to reduce possible losses.
