Public Complaint Handling Procedures

Instructions for Complaint Cases:

Upon receiving complaint cases (including those sent to the City Mayor’s and District Chief’s mailboxes), the Research and Evaluation Department shall assign cases before leaving the office, and all responsible departments shall complete case investigations within 5 working days, and sign  a petition record of the process used. The District Chief or authorized personnel shall complete approval and authorization within 1 working day of receiving the signed petition, and return the signed petition to the Research and Evaluation Department for that Department to reply to, within 1 working day.
